Online Shopping

Immediately after completing a purchase from our website, you'll be able to download your product(s). After adding items to your shopping cart, click the:

  • Checkout button to purchase using a credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express).
  • Yellow PayPal button to pay using your PayPal account.

You will be asked to Review your order before submitting any payment is processed.

Security

Our eCommerce system uses 256-bit encrypted SSL. You can click the gray security image in the right-hand column of any of the Purchase, Shopping Cart, or Checkout pages to verify our SSL certificate.

Accounts and Download Products

Immediately after purchasing any product, a page will display confirming that your order was processed and an account was created within the KCWebPlaza website. Click the Login hyperlink to view your account page. The Files tab contains a list of all the products you can download. You will also receive email messages confirming your order with a printable receipt, your KCWebPlaza website account information, and a confirmation of the product files you can download.

KCWebPlaza offers free technical support for all of our Adobe Captivate products. Please search our online FAQs before submitting a support request. We prefer to receive email messages for all support requests, but you can also call us.
