Our web designs are clean, clear and easy to use. So is our design process.

We begin each project by completing a thorough analysis. What's that mean for you? We're going to ask you lots of questions. The flip side is that you get to ask us a lot of questions. Because of this two-way communication, and the collaboration we foster, and at the end of the analysis stage you can begin to gain the reassurance that the final product will meet your needs and be successful.

Rapid Prototyping

We believe in a design methodology called "rapid prototyping". This practice calls for the designer to quickly build rough designs, gain feedback from the client, make adjustments, gain more feedback, and repeating this process. This methodology has several advantages, including increasing the involvement of the client and preventing wasted time with development of designs the client does not like.

Online Drafts

During the Prototype and Design stages, we will post drafts of your project online for you to review. We will ask you to call or email us with your feedback. We encourage you to be both honest and assertive - we'll need to gather your feedback to modify the design to your preferences.

Complete the Design and Publish

When we have a design selected, we then then incorporate all of the necessary content - text, images, documents, photos, etc. We will finalize the site construction and optimize it for the major search engines. When we receive final sign off, we will post your site online to your Domain (www.yourcompany.com) and submit your site to search engines. We can then help you promote your site to your potential customers.

Administrative Details

Estimates
KCWebPlaza submits detailed written estimates to clients detailing all of the services to be provided at the beginning of each project.

Deposit
A deposit of one-half of the quoted price (payable in US funds) is required to begin all website design projects. The remaining balance is due at the completion of the project.

Web Site Content
Our fees are based on the client providing the text content of the site in electronic format. Written materials may be provided to us in email, Microsoft Word, WordPad or Notepad. If you provide your content in the form of existing manuscripts, brochures, literature, etc. and you wish to have us manually transcribe the information into the website, additional fees may be incurred.
