I'm trying to test the Menu Wizard on my local PC, but the Captivate movie does not display. Help!?
You will need to set the Flash Player Global Security Settings for your local PC. Google "flash global security" or visit Adobe's official Flash Player Settings Manager website to manage this security option.
Steps:
- Open the Adobe Flash Player Setting Manager website.
- Click Always Allow.
- Click Edit locations drop-down menu.
- Click Add Location.
- Click Browse for Folder.
- Browse to the appropriete folder on your PC. Hint: If all of your projects are worked on within the My Documents folder, you can select "My Documents", and all My Documents subfolders will be trusted. This is a big time saver.
- Click OK.
What are HEX codes?
The colors used in the Menu Wizard are determined from the values in the .XML file. The Menu Wizard uses HEX codes for the color values. HEX codes are 6 character color values, the standard used within HTML code and websites. Examples include #FF0000 (Red), #000000 (Black), and #666666 (Grey).
